Welcome to Child Care Services (CCS) for the Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas!
Child Care Services has three overarching goals. They are to:
(1) help parents pay for child care so that they may enter the workforce or complete their education/training,
(2) increase the professionalism of the early childhood workforce, and
(3) increase access to quality early learning programs designed to prepare children to succeed in school and beyond.

New Child Care System
We are excited to announce that TWC will launch a new system called Texas Child Care Connection (TX3C) for the Child Care Services (CCS) program. New applications for the CCS program will be temporarily unavailable starting in January. Please check back in mid-January for updates. We appreciate your patience while Child Care Management Services, LLC (CCMS) and TWC complete this transition to TX3C.
